About Me
I am passionate about working with clients to help them change behavior that does not serve them. I work effectively with people who are hungry to find more resilient, healthy and joyful ways of living.
The post-graduate program for Marriage and Family Therapy with the Council for Relationships provided me with excellent training and experience. My background also includes over 25 years of providing excellent pastoral care as an ordained Unitarian Universalist Minister. Decades of work in mindfulness, recovery, and relationship counseling work.
I work with individuals, couples and families. I welcome inquiries or conversation with people searching for a therapist who can best help them with new understandings, patterns of living and well-being.
